Who is Catchafire?

Catchafire is a web based product with a dual marketplace of non-profits and skilled professionals connecting on virtual volunteering opportunities. Once signed up to the platform, non-profits chose from a menu of pre-scoped projects ranging from marketing, finance, operations, etc, to help increase the capacity and reach of their mission.

How does Catchafire service non profits on posting projects and matching with volunteers?

Historically, our customer service team would help non-profits onboard or just better understand thier platform and their needs by having them fill out a “needs assessment survey.” But this was time consuming, didn’t always accurately represent our latest offerings on the platform, and didn’t allow for us to swiftly test and gather insights from non-profit responses in a quantifiable way.
